On-Campus Resources

In addition to the services that Learning Abroad offers, there are many other resources on-campus which can help you prepare for your Learning Abroad experience!

The University Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid is a great resource to discuss the transferability and usage of financial aid for Learning Abroad Programs.  Financial Aid counselors can guide you in the process of applying your current scholarships or federal financial aid to your Learning Abroad Program. Their office is located in the Student Services Building, Room 105.

The Personal Money Management Center is located in the Union, Room 316, and is a comprehensive resource for financial preparation.  Their office offers personal counseling appointments as well as workshops.

You can consult the tutors in the University Writing Center in the Marriott Library about strengthening your scholarship applications. Applying for a Learning Abroad scholarship can be a competitive process so it could be beneficial to meet with one of the tutors to review your application.
