Link: For centuries it was thought that animals did not share the same emotions as us but new science is starting to change that view. Liz Bonnin sets out to explore the complex and diverse relationships that animals have and asks whether animals love. Come by for some free food and a cute movie!

What: Food Entrepreneur: Valentine’s Cooking Class

Where: Lassonde Studios

When: February 13, 2018, 6-8pm

Link: Persian cuisine is distinctive, with recipes dating back centuries. The meats, grains, herbs, fruits, vegetables and spices in these dishes combine to create a sum far greater than its parts. We will be taking you through a three-course Persian menu that satisfies mind, body and soul. We will be serving free food as part of the event.

Come get your craft on with the Arts Entrepreneur program! We will be making homemade lip balms! While we learn this simple and fun DIY project, we will be discussing companies that have grown from craft based projects and how to use platforms such as Etsy and Pinterest to grow your own!
